We are a full-service construction company based in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. As expats who moved here and made Costa Rica our home, we experienced firsthand the opportunity for true accountability, responsibility, and transparent communication in building and remodeling.
Meet Our Founders
Guanacaste Pacifico was founded by Paul, Callum, and Dominic, three expats who moved to Costa Rica and saw a real opportunity to elevate building standards. We bring strict accountability, clear responsibility, and honest craftsmanship to every project for expats and local families alike.
Paul Stevens
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Paul oversees client relations, strategic planning, and overall business operations at Guanacaste Pacifico. With over 15 years of experience in coastal development, Paul ensures every project, from single-room remodels to new home builds, runs smoothly, on budget, and on schedule.
Callum McRobbie
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Callum leads field logistics, material sourcing, and tool rental operations across Guanacaste. His focus is on dependable job-site delivery, high-quality local materials, and making sure our build crews have the best tools and support to get the job done right.
Dominic Serra
Co-Founder & Construction Director
Dominic directs site engineering, structural quality, and trade coordination. Known for his hands-on approach to tropical weatherproofing, Dominic makes sure every roof, wall, plumbing run, and electrical install meets strict safety and durability standards.
