1. Construction & Engineering Scope

All construction contracts executed with Guanacaste Pacifico Construction S.A. are bound by formal written contract specifications, Colegio Federado de Ingenieros y de Arquitectos (CFIA) requirements, Costa Rican building codes (Código Sísmico de Costa Rica), and written milestone schedules.

2. Estimates, Quotes & Milestone Schedules

Preliminary online calculators and estimates provide initial budgetary ranges. Official binding proposals are provided after geotechnical review, cadastral survey review, architectural blueprint completion, and structural engineering sign-off.

3. Warranties & Structural Guarantees

GCPC provides comprehensive written warranties on all turnkey builds:

• 10-Year Structural Guarantee on engineered foundations, columns, and primary timber framing
• 25-Year Marine Kynar 500 guarantee on certified standing seam roofing installations
• Written workmanship warranties on exterior rainscreen systems, electrical panels, and plumbing rough-ins

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All agreements are governed by the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
