Rental Agreement Policy • GCPC Equipment Fleet, Guanacaste Depot
1. Equipment Condition & Dispatch Inspection
All heavy machinery (compact excavators, skid steers), compaction tools, concrete mixers, and solar generators undergo a multi-point mechanical inspection prior to dispatch from our Route 160 depot. A signed inspection manifest is completed upon job-site delivery.
2. Job-Site Delivery & Pickup Logistics
We deliver directly to active job sites across Nosara, Tamarindo, Pinilla, Flamingo, Las Catalinas, and Peninsula Papagayo. Delivery rates depend on zone and vehicle access. Customers must ensure an authorized site supervisor is present to accept custody.
3. Operation, Security & Damage Liability
Rented machinery must be operated strictly by qualified personnel in compliance with manufacturer safety standards. Renter is responsible for equipment security, theft prevention, routine fluid checks, and safe overnight storage on site.
